Come and have a taste of Fitness Pilates with this beginner style class, which will get you moving in a fun and dynamic way. No previous experience required! Fitness Pilates focuses on building core strength, flexibility, and balance through a variety of dynamic exercises. Suitable for generally healthy adults, this class is not suitable for pregnant women. Please bring an exercise/yoga mat if you have one, wear comfortable clothing to move in, and a bottle of water as we will be exercising!
