Belly Dancing Workshop (Wellbeing Day)

This workshop will get you moving to some fun Arab pop, covering some of the principal movements of belly dance, all wrapped up in a neat little combo you'll be able to take with you on your next trip to the dance floor! 


The benefits of belly dance are plentiful, from improving memory, toning muscles, to enhancing balance and posture. Come along for some fun!


This workshop is open to all levels of dance experience and fitness. Please wear something comfortable (no, you don't have to get your belly out!). Coin belts will be provided.
