On the 26th & 27th of April, Memo Performing Arts group will be performing their first Musical: Spring Awakening!

Based on Frank Wedekind’s groundbreaking and controversial play (once banned in Germany), Steven Sater and Duncan Sheik’s brilliant rock score and searingly emotional book take the story of sexual awakening, youth revolt, and self-discovery into a new century.

On the 4th & 11th of April, we will be holding Open Auditions for this 2024 production!

4th October: Sign up for individual singing slots

Please prepare a song of a similar genre to Spring Awakening for the audition. (Preferably not a song from Spring Awakening). If possible, please bring sheet music and backing track (youtube backing track is fine)

11th of October: Come along at 6pm for group movement audition

Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in for this audition

All members must be 16 by the time of the production in April 2024
